Through the process of setting up your practice and the acquisition of your first client based on your course learning experience, you will have the opportunity to have your early advocacy practice monitored by the course instructor for insight into those issues that inevitably arise as challenges to the fledging advocate.

Also, at this point in time you will be deciding on a number of key issues that initially will define how:

  • Will my business be defined as an individual or branding with an advocate name and logo?
  • Is my virtual office properly equipped for my new practice?
  • Extensive should my practice be — locally/regionally or nationwide?
  • I am prepared to launch my promotional campaign on either a local/regional or nationwide basis?
  • I am will be able to maintain the case processing level with my current system technology?

Information that can provide initial resolution for each of the above-five issues will be presented throughout the ADAC Training Initiative & Home Based Business Opportunity Course. This includes a demonstration of a fully automated, legal practice software system customized specifically for the practice of SSA disability representation. It is important to note that such a system will be offered under separate contractual arrangements with ADAC and will carry a cost concomitant with the increase in advocacy practice that can lead to a significantly increased revenue stream.
